The real question is what remains six months after the workshop. People leave trainings with new ideas, concrete plans and plenty of motivation for change - then everyday work takes over.
The real challenge is transfer. People need time and repetition to turn new ideas into habits, so that the methods are no longer just sitting in a workbook but become second nature when the next difficult conversation comes along. That's why I design formats that leave room to experiment, reflect and gradually integrate new ways of thinking and working.
