Talks and keynotes
Sometimes, a 45-minute talk can be enough to understand a topic from a completely new perspective. Real change, however, usually takes more than a single spark. That's why talks have the greatest impact when they are part of a broader process.
Talks
A well-placed keynote makes complex topics tangible, raises the questions that matter and gives people tools they can use right away - whether at staff development days, strategy offsites, Barcamps, conferences or any other format designed to bring people into conversation, broaden perspectives and co-create new approaches.
Examples
Unconscious Bias through the Lens of the Inner Team
Opening keynote for an organisational development initiative at a financial services company.
The Art of Dialogue
Talk for the Berner GenerationenHaus lecture series Reden zur Lage der Generationen, alongside renowned speakers including Bernhard Pörksen and Kübra Gümüşay.
How to Convince Stakeholders - Applying the Riemann-Thomann Personality Model
Opening talk for an international gathering of client-facing technical experts at a global chemical company.
Speaker Series
A single talk can spark new ideas. A speaker series creates space to try things out, gather experience and return with new questions. Whether participants work across different locations, different time zones or simply share a common interest, a series creates continuity and cohesion between sessions.
Examples
Inclusive Leadership Lunch & Learn Series
Eight virtual sessions for an international leadership network on belonging, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership.
Communicating Across Cultures
Four virtual workshops for a network of healthcare leaders. Each session builds on the previous one while also standing on its own.
Leading with Psychological Safety
Six-part virtual speaker series for project leads in an international research consortium, followed by peer exchange to deepen learning and support transfer into practice.
What to Expect
Real-life examples, stories from practice and concrete links to everyday work are at the heart of what I do. Whenever possible, I build in reflection, conversation and interactive elements. Delivered in German, English or Spanish - and sometimes even multilingual within the same event
