Doesn't Fit into a Box Project
«Anna, could you run a team development session for us? In Spanish. Overseas. For around 100 people. Really a large-group format, almost organisational development - but in its aim, more like team building.»
Some projects simply don't fit into any box.
My first question is usually: «Why did you think of me for this?» Followed by a thorough clarification of goals, challenges and possible formats, until we shape an approach together that truly fits the task.
